Deposits must be made from payment accounts or cards that are registered in the Player's own name. Withdrawal requests may be submitted by Players at any time through the account management section of the platform. Players may close their account at any time by contacting tkbeat's support team. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any outstanding bonus obligations) will be returned to the Player via the most recently used payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of the KYC verification process.
